POLICIES!! BY booking your appointment you are confirming that: -YOU ARE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER -YOU HAVE READ ALL INFORMATION & POLICIES BELOW -THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE -ANY PREVIOUS WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED BY THE ARTIST Reschedules/Cancelations: You are allowed ONE reschedule with at least 48 hours notice of your scheduled time. You must reschedule outside of the 48 hour window or a new non-refundable deposit will be needed to secure a new appointment. Canceling your appointment at any time will result in forfeit of your deposit, this goes for no-showing as well. No-showing WILL NOT be tolerated and will result in being charged 25% of the total service as well as being banned from booking a future service. Tardiness: Please arrive to your appointment ON TIME. If you are more than 15 min late your appointment will be cancelled and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book. Results/Touchups: Healed results are not guaranteed for anyone. Touchups may be necessary for best healed results and must be booked at 6-10 weeks after your initial appointment. The final result will vary from person to person. Skin type, health of the skin and clients lifestyle drastically affect how well a client will retain pigment & some clients require additional touch ups for desired results. Some makeup may still be required to give you the results desired. Any additional sessions will be charged accordingly. Eligibility: All clients are responsible for reading and understanding ALL policies, info, etc. If you come to your appointment and have not followed instructions, your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. Your skin is our canvas and must be in it’s best form. Please read below to make sure you’re a good candidate. ✨PLEASE READ BROWS✨ You're INELIGIBLE if you are/have; •Pregnant /Nursing •under 18 years old •diabetic (must be controlled) •blood disorders •heart disease •skin conditions in area to be treated (keloid, •shingles, psoriasis, sun burn, rosacea, acne) •hiv/cancer/ undergoing active chemo •autoimmune (dr clearance) •Must be off accutane for 1 year ✨PLEASE READ LIPS✨ If you have ANY HISTORY of HERPES SIMPLEX (cold sores or fever blisters) YOU MUST GET A PRESCRIPTION ANTIVIRAL taken at least 3-5 days beforehand and 3 days after!! You’re INELIGIBLE if you are/have: • under 18 • pregnant or nursing • Accutane within the past year • undergoing Chemotherapy • taking prescription blood thinners • have dark previous tattoo • if you are a smoker pigment may not retain properly • history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring • epilesy • Autoimmune disorder (case by case basis) • Psoriasis, active breakout, sunburn on your lips • had lip filler/lip flip within 4 weeks of appointment I HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: •NO chemical peels for at least 6 weeks prior to your appointment •NO Botox treatments should be done at least 2 weeks prior •Discontinue the use of Retinols/Retin-A or other anti-aging/acne creams, or serums around the brow area for at least 10-14 days prior • NO aspirin, vitamin E, fish oil, and/or ibuprofen 48 hours before procedure •NO alcohol 24 hrs before procedure •NO CAFFEINE 12 hours before procedure!! This one is huge and I’m sorry to all my fellow coffee & tea lovers out there. •any form of blood thinners should be avoided (non-rx) this also includes working out the day of your appointment Any questions please email the artist directly!
