BY booking your appointment you are confirming that: • You are 18 YEARS or older (for PMU only) • You have read the cancellation, rescheduling & no-show policies below and agree to all applicable fees • You understand that all deposits are non-refundable • Any previous PMU work must be approved by the artist prior to booking. If previous work has not been approved, your appointment may be cancelled and the full cost of the scheduled service may be charged. ———————————— ‼️ RESCHEDULES | CANCELLATIONS • ONE reschedule is allowed with 72+ hours’ notice. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit to rebook. • Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit AND be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 🚫 NO-SHOWS NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE PRICE. Failure to follow preparation instructions may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Applies to ALL PMU services. You’re ineligible if you are/have: • Under 18, pregnant/nursing, or taking Accutane • Uncontrolled diabetes, healing disorders, or undergoing chemotherapy • Taking prescription blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder • History of keloid/hypertrophic scarring or epilepsy • Autoimmune disorder (case-by-case) • Psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, active breakout, infection, open wounds, or sunburn in the treatment area •Previous PMU that has not been approved prior to booking Additionally for lip blushing: • Active cold sore or lesion on/around the lips • Recent lip filler or procedures may require a waiting period • ANY history of cold sores, fever blisters, or HSV REQUIRES an antiviral prescription before your appointment ———————————— HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: • HYDRATE!! • NO chemical peels for at least 6 weeks prior • NO Botox treatments for at least 2 weeks prior • Discontinue Retinols/Retin-A and other anti-aging/acne creams or serums around the treatment area for 10-14 days prior • NO aspirin, vitamin E, fish oil and/or ibuprofen 48 hours before • NO alcohol 24 hours before • NO CAFFEINE 12 hours before • Avoid working out the day of your appointment Any questions please email the artist directly!
